Corsair H50/H70 + Antec 902 = success??

Hey there all -

I have a few questions about these CPU coolers! I am currently using a Zalman 9500A HSF, and at lowest setting (~1200rpm) its pretty quiet, and keeps my i7 970 around ~28-31C on idle (@3.6ghz, stock voltages) and hit 76-78C on full load, and then when I ramp the fan to max (2600rpm, very loud) I can hold it around 70-73C on full load.

The H50/H70 set up in push/pull would be a great upgrade over my current set up no doubt. Does anyone have any specific experience with these coolers and this case? I have found a few pics in the massive H50/H70 thread, but no big explanations (and the search function is on maintenance )

this is a pic of my setup.. bad quality, but I wanted to show where my tower sits. If I am going to set up the H50/H70 as push/pull on the back side fan, should I set up my rig outside of the little cubby?

I am looking to keep my rig as quiet as possible, are the stock fans in the H50/H70 pretty quiet? Is it worth upgrading the 120s?

My goal is to OC to around 4.0 and keep it stable 24/7. I primarily game, and occasionally encode videos.

Here is my current setup (pre wire-manage) for reference!

Any feedback/comments/input is hugely appreciated! Or recommendations on other HSF's!! (been considering some air - Thermaltake Frio, Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme, Venomousx)

I think I just found you Dom.

this is how I would mount it
push/pull exhaust (instead of intake as shown in the pick) replacing the rear fan

pulled off of google

Ohh hai!! Nice, I have seen that it should fit in the 902 so I am pretty amped... What fans would u recommend for low noise? Do you think my case is gonna give decent air flow in its cubby?

the stock h50/h70 fan is pretty loud.
i suggest buying an h70 and getting some of those 120 noctua fans.

Eh. The noctuas are quiet I'll give them that.

But they're pretty terrible on the H50 from my experience they're made more as case fans than for tower/radiators.

At almost $20 a piece I'd rather get some Gentle Typhoons.

If not, Yate Loons are great as well. Petras Tech Shop has them for about $6.5 a pop ($20 for 4 fans +tax)
