So I have an extra x20 pump from an replacement to my rasa kit. Would it be ok to use it with a stock H50, or do i need to gut the h50 pump first?

Pointless and unneeded. Keep the H50 how it is and be done with it.

the H50 is already modded with a res, and I have an extra pump from the RS360 kit, so it isn't like im spending money on it, except price of some new tubing from home depot, which im buying anyway because im redoing the loop, it is getting another 120mm rad that I bought from another member.
