Advice on Mid-range Sandy Bay rig build

Thread Starter
My housemate asked me to recommend em on a build for a mid range build.
He's a plug & play user, no overclock is for sure. His budget is around $700.00-$750.00.

Asus P8P67 LE
Intel Core i5 2300
4GB DDR3 Team Elite
WD 500GB x 2 units (raid 0)
COrsair 600W GS600 PSU
Samsung DVDRW
Thermaltake Dokker
Zotac GTX460 1GB

I'm still considering to change the Asus P8P67 LE to Asus P8h67-m.
Perhaps it's me... I would surely go for the "P67" as I'm sure to OC but he won't OC so "H67" should be the one for em right?

I guess that the rest of the parts should be fine. Pls advice if there's something that's should be change(within budget pls...)

Is there any reason for the RAID-0? Without good backup in place, that's just asking for trouble. As for P67 vs H67, what's the price difference between the two?
