Thinking about a 3rd 5870

I have a chance to get another one for a damn good deal. Although I'm wondering if a 1090T would be sufficient or should I go ahead and go i7

Currently I'm still waiting on my second 5870. UPS saw 8 inches of snow and ran away with their tails between their legs....ugh I hate the south. BTW my monitor is going to be replaced like asap I just haven't had the chance to go out and buy one...for every snowflake that falls they decide to close off a road/highway. So...suggestions on a monitor. One that I can find locally....like Best Buy, Hhgregg or something?

First of all, you'll need a huge resolution for a third 5870 to bring something to the table.
To see if the 1090T is gonna be a bottleneck, play something at the highest resolution you can for now, and monitor CPU load (start Task Manager and leave it run in the background). Alt+Tab to chack the load while running the game. If the CPU is close to 100%, then adding a third 5870 would be too much for this processor, if it is below you're fine.
Also consider that you'd have a huge amount of Vram, but not so much system RAM. If you'd play @2500x1600 (for example) 4GB of RAM can become a bottleneck as swap usage can slow down games and increase CPU load.

I dont have the 1090T yet. Also I was thinking of a new monitor setup.Probably something like a 30". Also ram is no issue, I was planning to grab another 4GB stick anyways and running dual channel.
