airflow of 3 fans (coolermaster centurion 5 ii)

i got a centurion 5 ii and a 3rd fan (arctic cooling f12)

what is the best place to have these 3 fans? i hear that i should put it on the side for the gpu but ive also heard that it should be put at the top.

also what fan speeds should be used?

oh and what arrangement does the haf have? coz that has 3 fans, i know they are bigger but still the haf seems like a good reference point.(i got the centurion coz haf is overbudget)
