NH-D14/Silverarrow + Dominator Ram in FT02

So I'm probably going to order a silverstone FT02 case. [ame="http://www.amazon.com/SilverStone-Aluminum-Uni-Body-Computer-FT02B/dp/B0030MHEJK/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1294850478&sr=1-1"]Amazon.com: SilverStoneFT02B[/ame]

I know for a fact that there are no clearance problems with an NH-D14 in this case, and that if you remove the corsair dominator fins that there is no problems in compatibility there either.

However, the silverarrow is an awesome heatsink, and I do not know if I will have issues if I were to order that instead. Someone mentioned using a pull/pull orientation and that it should work with the ram issue:

[exhaust][fan][heatsink][space][fan][heatsink][RAM]

instead of:

[exhaust][heatsink][fan][space][heatsink][fan][RAM]

But with the FT02 case having the mobo rotated 90degrees, and the exhaust going out the top of the case, will I run into a problem having ram with fins on it?

My goal is silence, the slight difference in temps isn't a really a factor since I know both cool well. Should I just get the Noctua since it'll be easier to set up and get going from the start? Or is the slight difference in dba worth getting the silverarrow in this case?

It would be the same for the Silver Arrow. Pull/pull on each tower towards exhaust will be no problem.
Push/push on each tower towards exhaust will have tall memory clearance problem.

So would the silverarrow in pull/pull be a quieter choice than the d14 since it shouldn't conflict with dominator memory in that position?

the s/a fans are much quieter that what you'd get with the d14, so even if pull/pull was a bit noisier than push/push, it would still be a better bet.
