i7 930 4Ghz OC Tweaking Suggestions

Hey everyone. Just made some changes to my system. I ran Prime95 Large FFT's for a little over 12 hours. Attached are the screenshots of my system after the testing including temps as well as my BIOS setup. Currently HT is disabled. Any suggestions to get my system stable at 4Ghz with HT on? Or other suggestions that you may see fit? Thanks everyone.

Turn the ram down a notch if you haven't already at first. Asides that I currently solely suggest setting something like 1.34vcore (BIOS) and turning on HT to see whether that works. Asides that your settings are roughly the same as mine apart from everything that stands below the LLC (that's all auto for me apart from LLC, I have that turned on).

I run 4.1Ghz on those settings btw. Though I've turned up my QPI a bit more, 1.35 or so.

Just to verify by RAM do you mean the DRAM Bus Voltage? If so, any suggestion what I should set it to? Thanks for the quick reply.
