i game on a laptop and commute alot and i use a cheap logitech RF laser mouse made for left and right hand and it does alright. im playing more games and im thinking of a new mouse. im a pianist and my hands get tired practicing and using the mouse with my right hand. are there good mice out there better designed for comfortable use with right hand? and also good for games? (reasonable price LOL)

in that case i wont recommend the tron mouse from Razer since it's ambidextrous and expensive =[

However i did find this one Mouse with a bit of Google. a lot of companies DO have lefty mice, you just have to actually look for them (online usually)

Look at Logitech. They have a great warranty and products. G500 is the entry level gaming mouse from them.

yeah i need a mouse thats right handed and big, for my big hands. the problem with my current mouse that its narrow so my pinky and fourth finger are hanging off and are curved, thats where the problem is. so ive seen mice that are bigger and the right side is slanted so the fifth and fourth fingers have something to rest on.... ill check those out thanks

the mionix naos 5000 is the most comfortable mouse ever. its so comfortable that i dont want to even have to move my finger to use the scroll wheel . the only con is the $80 price tag.

I would go into a Best Buy or Future Shop and put your hands all over some of their floor models. Decide what feels pretty comfortable, then look for similar mice. I have always liked the Logitech MX518 feel in my hand- you really have to hold the mouse in your hand to decide whether or not you like it.

I recently switched from an old, old MX518 to a new Arctic M571, mainly out of curiosity. I got it for about $30 directly from Arctic (not sure where they are now, pricewise). Easy to use, plus it has an extra rapid-fire leftclick button, which comes in really handy when crafting lots of items in Minecraft.
