Windows 7 mouse/cursor glitch (momentary feez)

Thread Starter
I just reformatted my system. Its my sig rig. I have it updated. And its been running smoothly.

Im not sure when but recently it started glitching with the mouse. You will move the cursor and it will pause and then go. Its random and it doesn't seem to be cpu affected. It will freeze mid move to.

I had SP1 installed recently and removed it, but it didnt seem to help.

Is there any known issues like this?

Have you figured out why? I've just started experiencing the same issue.

Actually... watching the ad-bar at the top of the forum, I noticed the add glitches at the same time as the mouse...
