ATTO usually shows results close to the factory speeds, and I trust ATTO more than other bencies as I get the same even with HDTune block size test. So, That's about right and looks good !

For reassurance get HD Speed and test with that as well...it gives a realistic measurement of your SSD speed and I found it quite accurate ! test it with difference block sizes and compare with ATTO result !
