Your maximum temps are a bit too high, I'd strive to keep them under 83C max. Could you upload a Cpu-Z screenshot?

Hmm, that's weird, your cpu is downclocked and voltage is lowered and your getting high max temps? Have you been trying to OC? Well I would try and reseat the heatsink. What thermal paste are you using?

I have reset that thing at least 6 times. Got the cuts on my knuckles to prove it. lol. I am using AS5. I have tried to overclock but the temps get almost to 100c. So I went back to default settings. Could it be the cooler?

Its not down clocked. That is what it does when there is no usage to save energy

By reverting to stock settings you did it by pressing the default button in the bios right? Also what method did you use when applying the heatsink? Just a little rice grain in the middle and letting it spread by pushing it down should be enough.

*Edit*
Nevermind didn't see the new CPU-Z post. Looks fine for stock.

Thats too weird. Please confirm your CPU HS fan is spinning and your BIOS settings for your CPU fan are set to max.

Something isnt right.

Yes. The default settings button in the bios is what I pressed. At first I did the rice grain...temps were idle in the 40-45 deg c range. Then I read instructions on the AS5 website. These ones here... http://www.arcticsilver.com/pdf/appm..._line_v1.1.pdf Still high temps. So I reseated it 2 or 3 more times and on the last time which gave me my best idle yet I did the smiley face method. Also, this heatsink is a pain to reseat. The push pins are underneath the sharp fins.
