Biostar 770 or 880G chipset?

Thread Starter
i have no clue which motherboard i should buy, my choices are

-Biostar A880G+

or

-Biostar A770E3

do they both handle 1600mhz ddr3 RAM? if they do would it be better to get me 1333 or 1600mhz ram? i am either way hoping to unlock the core or overclock it a little bit.

this goes in combination with

CPU:AMD x3 445
PSU: OCZ GameXstream 600w
HDD: Samsung spinspoint F4 320gig
VGA: Nvidia 8800GS 512mb
