If it's stable at 1.325, then no, 1.35v is not necessary...I just found that voltage to work well with my CPU. The CPU and the CPU-NB voltages look to be fine, is it still giving you errors?

I did 5 runs IBN maximum, and no it didnot give me any errors. final testing I'll do more.

Also, does cpu voltages under load looks fine?

Cant get past 3.755 ghz. tried upto 1.52 to get 3.8 but nope, cant get there.

current settings (stressing at the moment)
203*18.5 = 3755
cpu/nb - 203*12 = 2639 @ 1.325
ram 1350 or something 9-9-9-24

max temp so far 55C

any suggestions?

stressing with prime95 blend for ~8 hours (hopefully)

does prime95 stressing make sure cpu/nb freq is stable?

Your 955 is a C2 revision and they are very limited when it comes to overclocking...I'm afraid 3755mhz might be as high as you can go without a large voltage bump. As far as prime95 goes, yes it will test for CPU-NB stability.

failed 203*18.5...
I fell asleep and when I woke up, no image on screen.., yet the pc was still on.
thought it was because i left it idle, but nope, no image onscreen. i believe thats what you 'blackscreen'?

anyway, cant hit 3.8 so sticking to 3.7 so dissapointed.

How can you tell what revision you are running? I am about to start overclocking my 955 a little more then the 3.6 I have it at right now since I finally upgraded my cooling just want to see my limitations
