What is directly underneath your pump/res?
If this pump isn't getting any air circulation it will go kablamo!

Also please describe your loop...it may also give us some insight on other potential problems.

I have a pair of 655s, 2 and 3 years old each, but plenty of people have great lifespans with 355s too, so it's not pump choice given your rig description. I'd guess it's a heat issue too.

My mcp 355 with xspc POM top has been going for a good year now.

When you install the pump tops try pulling impeller out and cleaning the back side of the impeller and the surface it rotates against in the pump housing, then when put a bit of water underrate impeller when you reassemble it so it is garunteed lubrication.

Also, have you been using the same pump top for all the pumps? Sometimes they are improperly machined and will rub on the impeller. Inspect the top and see if you can find any spots that look like they have been rubbing.

And what do you use for coolant?

What's the formulation in that? I doubt there's anything severe enough in it to kill a pump after a month, and it's not a density/viscosity issue I don't think...

How is it mounted, are you sure it isn't running dry/catching an air bubble?

I heard car antifreeze corrodes any and all copper pieces in your loop. I may be wrong.
