I have one 480 under water now with a Danger den block, i might get another 480, what will I need to add it? Also a Black ice 480 rad I have now with 4 kaze 3000's will give me a pretty good delta right?

You'll just need another block for the gpu, and sli fittings that are fitted between the two.

I have one of these, and it works great.

Koolance Dual VID Connector (Single-slot spacing)

Of course pending on spacing, you might need the one thats "3 slot" or "2-3 slot" spacing. Or you could get something like what wermad posted below. (Edited, nice find wermad)

In terms of your temps, your 480 rad will be good. No worries.
