New AMD Mini

I've wanted to make a small, cheap build for a nice desktop computer. But I'm not familiar with smaller parts (hence my HAF case), so I'd like some advice.

I'm looking for parts that will both:

a)Be powerful enough for photoshop
b)Small enough to have the monitor sit on top of it

Also, I have questions about gaming potential. Gaming isn't really a priority, but if I can continue to play less demanding games like Rise of Nations and TF2, that'd be great.

Any ideas?

I'm not so pertinent on RabbitGT's suggestion, you're pairing an x6 with a 4+1 power phase (Thuban/x6 are the most notoriously heavy on power phases, unlike Deneb/x4, even though TDP is the same), and I find the hard drive to be a pretty mediocre deal [unless there's other specific reasons to get the green drive]. Photoshop tends to require more RAM rather than a CPU with more cores. Here's my take on the situation:
CPU + mobo: Athlon II x4 640 + ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO $166
Case & PSU: [ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0012QLUAK"]Antec Minuet 350[/ame] - $101.24 (or you can get it for $82 shipped used) - my preference for HTPCs, i own this & love it.. The PSU is great, 80+ certified and very capable at high temperatures [i.e. tropical environment]. Well worth the spendings.
GPU: ASUS GT 430 low profile - $70, $60 AR
HDD: Samsung F3 1TB - $51.48 shipped on Superbiiz after promo code - there's no other better deal for a 1TB anywhere.
2X (4x2GB) - GeIL Value 1600 CL9 2x2GB - $42 shipped each, $84 both OR OCZ Special Ops 1600 CL8 - $45 each, $90 both
TOTAL before all rebates: $472.72

Sounds good guys, I forgot to mention that I can use my current components as well, so I don't really need a hard drive. But as far as cpu, mobo, ram, psu, etc...I'm not sure what will fit and what won't.
