Racing Game

Thread Starter
Really looking for a decent racing game, had a look through the free games but nothing that stands out so i guess i will buy one. GRID, TDU2 iRacing all look really good was wondering if there were anymore.

I will be using the keyboard but if i find a decent enough racer ill think about getting a steering wheel.

I would like the game to have online/Multiplayer, So do you know any?

Thanks ¬Ben

If you want a sim, get a wheel first then I'd really recommend iRacing. If the costs put you off then Race 07 + Expansions and rFactor are worth a look.

If you don't want a sim then Trackmania, Shift, TDU.

Both look pretty good, leaning towards Race 07 as the graphics look better. iRacing really interests me just the monthly fee.

thanks for the post.

I got Grid free with an old AMD 6000+ cpu and it was an awsome game, upgraded to my i7 and it no longer will run...

Dirt 2 i got off steam for $5 on the sale, its pretty much like grid but has rally and off road races as well and its what i am currently adicted to

Need for Speed Hot Pursuit is really fun but once you play through it you may not replay it. I haven't completed it yet, I'm playing it a little at a time to not finish it so quickly.

Dirt 2 is awesome. The online races are really fun and the lag is very tolerable.

You should try F1 2010, though it gets hard on the computerm, all maxed with 8xAA on 1080p, i get 35 FPS when it gets heavy raining, bad port i guess.
