Meh. If it's from Ultra and it involves power supplies, I'd steer clear. I've had more than a few Ultra PSUs fail over the past half decade. They generally don't know what they're doing.

ass voltage is in parallel it remains the same, thats what I love abt voltage but the amps drawn is more? I could draw 100A off my 700w with the overvoltage and overamp protection...

Not at all. What the cable he linked does is shorts the pwr_on pin when the computer powers up, thereby getting rid of the need for a button to power on a second PSU. The PSUs are still completely independent of each other, they are just wired to power on at the same time.
