Need a verdict on a power supply

looking for a new power supply for a build I know that this will enough power I just need to know if anyone has anything bad to say about this certain power supply or am I good to order.

What components is it going to be connected to? If it's your current sig build it will do. Although I do recommend getting the HX series if you can afford it. Modular cabling is great.

It's an alright choice but an aging platform in comparison to newer model PSUs.

650w is a slight overkill for your sig rig and would be fine with a good 500 - 550w but I assume you have some upgrades in mind.

Nothing wrong with the TX650 other than that you should be getting a better unit such as the Antec TP-650, which costs exactly the same. There's no sense in getting the TX650. It's a very good unit, just not the best you can get for your money.
