yup, low power 3d (didnt know theres such thing as low power 3d, thought its 2d mode since it has the same clock when im just browsing)

http://i56.tinypic.com/35i0vvq.png - check this out, see the core clock jumps @ afterburner, it jumps for a few secs when i go to that tab with that moving 3d nvidia shape, and after few secs its back to 405, its exactly how it does in games.

changed my low power 3d settings in nvidia inspector, its all ok now, Nvidia Inspector FTL !!!
