Is it for the system in your sig? Or are you planning to make any upgrades?

The latter would not necessarily be enough for any video card on the market, but it does give you more power for GPUs that are more demanding than, say, a GTX 460.

Just to be sure, I think it'd be wise to post your planned specs -- I'd rather not give you a blind recommendation
The ModXStream you linked to isn't a bad unit but the two I gave you links to are better units, I'd just avoid the ModXStream personally.

Either of Shrub's suggestions will work, will probably draw 300w maximum when running benchmarking software like Furmark. You can go for 520w if you want extra headroom for future upgrades or something but either should do the job.
