Wondering if this is too much voltage?

Thread Starter
Ok so here's my deal: able to get 4.2ghz, but at the cost of cpu core voltage(after LLC) of 1.57v My temp in core temp at load is 37c(add teh 12c because of faulty temp on cpu, and ya get 49c) I'm wondering if this is acceptable voltage or if I need to drop it back down a notch to keep the max of 1.56 being that it is the safe voltage?

Thanks for the help guys, here's a SS of my setup in attachments

kk tyvm. Just makin sure ^_^ Always heard that above 1.56 is the danger zone, and not for extended use. Since I'm on water cooling and my temps are within range, I figured it would be Ok, but I wasn't exactly sure, ya know?

Tator Tot told me you should not go over 1.55 and/or 62c too.But I got mine stable last night @ 4.10.But it took 1.56 to get there, and once I did all my test I lowered the vcore back down to like 1.52.

hmm definitely too much voltage especially for water

i dont feel comfortable running mine above 1.55v even under water

i'm at 1.5v 4.2ghz and it's rock solid

btw you're actually at 53c socket temps which is close to the limit

core temps readings are typically off by 8-12c for x6's
