I know. I just meant that a McLaren out-accelerates a Veyron up to just shy of the 1-mile mark. Top Gear - the good, British version - did a drag race between the two a while back. You can find it on YouTube. The Veyron just overtakes because of the higher top speed.

I'm in the air with that one. I've actually thought about it before. lol

If I had enough money to buy either, odds are it wouldn't be my only car. As such, I can drive pretty much any other car for the creature comforts. The McLaren is 100% about making the driver and machine one. It's raw - no ABS, traction control, etc. You have to be able to drive a car well if you plan on unleashing any of its potential outside of a straight line. Plus I think the McLaren just looks better.

To each their own though. Both are amazing machines.

Cars are stupid. The only thing that matters is high population density arcologies with integrated transportation systems.

If our societies remove cars from our lives, we'll have a way better quality of life.

Taking the bus to work everyday is not a "better quality of life".

If you style it right the Veyron looks pretty good

Just because of all the car talk I have to say

If I had the money, I would say IMHO that this is the sexiest looking, sexiest sounding car on the planet. And oh yeah, its pretty fast to boot. Did I say it sounds the best of all the hypercars?

The Porsche GT is the ONLY car that even remotely comes close to sounding as good as a Zonda.

Second best sounding/looking car is the Porsche Carrera GT
