I don't see battery powered cars replacing gas at all.. Battery's are to heavy, to large, take to long to recharge, and batteries do go bad over time and need replacing, and they still require fossil fuel power plants to generate the electricity. I really don't see why there isn't a huge push for hydrogen power, auto makers already proved hydrogen works, and it works well.

And personally I think my choice for best sounding engine might go to the Honda V10 that never made production, the one found in the NSX replacement.
