Oh, so it's a question of volume....

In that case, you could use Imageshack, they have a resize option right on the bottom.

I'm not sure how many you can resize at once, but it's quite a few.
Might take a while if they're massive pictures though.

Give that a shot.

Just use dropbox. As said, you'll be able to do all the editing on your comp, then just copy it into a folder on your local harddrive, the resident dropbox program (very small like 2mbs of ram) will then upload it to the dropbox server and it'll automatically generate a public link. You have complete control over the file (you can easily delete it or even replace an old image with a new one without having to give everyone a new link), and 2gbs of free space, so no file size limit. (you can even access any other file not in your public folder from anywhere with a net connection, so it's a double wammy) It's a flawless method.

I'm reposting this just to make sure you understand the use of dropbox in this form.
