Additional cooling needed in Zalman Z7 Plus?

Hello! I want to overclock my PC and was wondering if my current air cooling will do the job?

My fans can be found in a full detail on this site:

http://www.guru3d.com/article/zalman-z7-plus-review/2

The optional fan is installed also.

Thanks in advance!

You using stock fans? I say throw those out and get better. But if things are staying cool then keep it.

Yeah they're stock, only just bought the PC recently and haven't tampered with it. I was told my motherboard isn't up to overclocking, but that's a thread for another board!

Actually your board CAN overclock but with no cooling on the MOSFETs and being a 4+1 phase (a BIG no no for 140W CPUs like the one you got when it comes to overclocking) I would advise against it. Plenty of people have posted about blowing their boards that have a 4+1 with a 140W CPU.
