If you have a $3,000 budget...

Build 1 GPU farm and 1 i7 2600k farm.

Fixed.

Gosh I think with 3k you could almost do 4 2600k bigadv only rigs, 3 for sure. Bam, ~140-200K PPD.

Alright, Just looking around on the egg without combing through combo deals etc. I can throw this together for $2,079.91

This does not include a bit of cooling. I really want to look at the liquid cooling components; however, i'm am not very confidant in picking parts out for that area.

How does this look for a New Sig Rig It will be a working PC + do some folding during its slack time.

The current Sig Rig will become my strict folding Unit. Doing bigadv only. The two 260 Gpu's will go into my two sons computers.

The 800D is a great case if you plan on doing water cooling, other wise I'd go for a case that has side fans and a top exhaust.

Great motherboard/gpu/cpu choice though.
However, the cards you picked only support Tri-SLI.

The ram will ensure that you get the most out of your processor.
One of the best PSU's on the market as well.

I don't game all that much. My 260 does me fine at the moment and they are not in SLI. I do however run a bloody piss load of VM's.

The ram I Listed isn't the right amount I just seen that.

I would be able to run two of the cards in SLi and the other 2 cards independently right?

Yep. SLI can be enabled and disabled within the Nvida control panel. Just leave the bridge installed.
