It's my setup worth overcloking?

Hello all i am just wondering if my Pc it's worth to overclock.I don't have money to spend on a new system right now so i tought i can overclock.
1.It's my CPU good to get it to 3000 on the Cpu Cooler i have.
2.Should i add another 2 gb of Ram and then overclock.
3.Should i overclock my Gpu to.
I am really new to overcloking but i whant to learn.So if u guys can help me it will be the world to me.I don't know if i posted in the right section.If i didn't please feel free to move the topic.
My system it's in my Sig.

it dosnt matter what it is you have EVERY THING is worth over clocking.

people have over clocked there graphing calculators. I dont see why you shouldnt.

1. yes it is.
2. You should consider that because its quad core.
3. you don't really need to.

Yeah its worth overclocking!


First things first, disable speedstep and c1e in your BIOS.

Yes Core 2 Quads Were made to Overclock, The Processor has a high amount of Processor Cache and your system will really benefit from the Overclock. Before you do you must know that you need a Pretty powerful Power Supply and a Good CPU fan, also you Processor MUST be unlocked before any overclocking. If it is not unlocked the CPU will not overclock.

Overclocking is worth it if your looking for a performance increase and adding 2 more gb of ram would increase your performance as well as allowing for a better overclock.

It's my Antec True Power Trio 650W good?
How do i check if my Cpu it's unloked?
It's the Scythe NINJA good?
Should i get another 2 stiks of 1 gb each or should i just change the Ram compleatly.If i need to change what whould u guys sugest for 100 Euros?
Sry for all this questions but i am really a newbie at overclocking.
