Try reducing your voltage, and overclock. It looks a little high.

Clearing the CMOS may not set all variables automatically to default. Manually check your Bios and your OC/Volts on CPU/RAM etc... to make sure everything is at default.

A dead battery would not cause a bsod. I had a issue similar to this.. My power button was stuck down.... But that wouldn't cause a bsod either. hrmm... Did you write down the error on the bsod??

EDIT: If you see CMOS error's your posting. Not posting is when your fans come on and nothing else at all happens..

P.S. Please change the title of your thread... It's Annoying.. Change it to like..

"PC wont Boot after bsod"

Edit again: Look at the picture i attached. let the pc boot until it stops and let me know the code that reads on the little 2 digit thingy...

just reset the cmos and then reset all values in there to stock speeds and stock voltage

and did you even stress test your 4ghz or did you dive right into games? i think you just dove right into games

it is NOT all about vcore, there are other variables such as qpi that you need to set higher
