Just find the CMOS clear jumper. Switch it over, turn computer on, turn off switch the jumper back and boot up. Should work just fine as that's what it's for. I've never had to even touch the battery.

Ok so I put the battery back in and started my PC, and it told me to " enter setup to reset my bios". I am in the bios window right now... what and where can I reset this?

Thank you

Just save and exit: By removing the battery it reset it already.

No it doesn't, I saved/ exit and it gives me the same issues as in 'repair' and the message "startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically".

I want to pull my hair out
