Is your cooling good enough to have your CPU running like that all the time? I am considering getting a Intel Core i7 2600K LGA 1155 Processor (it says boxed on it from Microcenter) and the P55 chip set. Do you think I should go with a better chip set and 4Gb or 6Gb of DDR3 RAM? Or should I go with a better cooling solution for the CPU? Also how are you case fans set up? That is another thing I am not sure about. Also how many do you have?

Thanks for any information you can give me.

The memory looks pretty decent if the rebate is valid.

Yes My cooling is great for my CPU running 24/7 @ 4.2Ghz HT On, in daily use i get idles temps under 30C and the highest it gets from my daily use is 50-60C depending what I am doing that day. The Noctua NH-D14 is one of the top cpu air cooling out there ,but it does come at a price. I would recommend something cheaper with good value for your money like Thermalright Venomous-X, or Prolimatech Megahalems. And the SandyBridge i7 should run much cooler then my i7 because from what I have seen it requires a lot less voltage for a nice overclock

This.
The memory requires an inexcusable 1.65V for 1333 CL9 settings; no matter how cheap it gets it is not worth it at all.

AFAIK you can not use motherboards with the P55 chipset and LGA 1155 socket processors.
