Okay i just took delivery of my new Dell 15R, got it all setup and one of the first things i wanted to do was download firefox so i went to mozillas website click to download 3.6 and popped up clicked run, did some loading clicked run again then it starting extracting the file, then right after that a box popped up saying "you may not have the necessary permissions to use all of the feature of the program your about to run,you may run a different user or continueto run as current user." and it gives the option to run as current (me) or put in a username and password of another user. but im the only user, so i clicked on current user and clicked okay. and it closes but nothing happens, have redone it multiple times and the samething continues to happen. what should i do?

have you tried going into the control panel, users, i bet you will see administrator and user. I found this out after i did a new install of a Windows OS. Even though you didnt put it there it may have happened when they installed the OS
