Anyways if I had the choose I would take Topre keys over cherry for every application.

Actually if you were to look at the actuation of the topre realforce switch, you would see that it has the smoothest action from any keyboard on the market. This is because of the switch construction itself. A spring at the base of the mechanism allows for this smooth action.

My friend has owned one for a few years and i am planning on investing in one soon; the feeling is not exactly of a bottoming out, more like a resistive bounce combined with the mechanical clack that you expect. However the heavy keys and the variable weight(his one is variable) really give you an enjoyable experience.

HaiLKroniK, how long does the board take to ship?

Hope you like the board too biggrin.gif

Well I ordered on Friday, shipped yesterday and will arrive today. It shipped from Bloomington, CA and I live in the San Fernando Valley (which is pretty close). I get the same luck with Newegg...they basically ship next day since they are close to me.

is something like this really worth duoble the cost of a Xarmor or DAS?

You could easily argue that it's worth twice the price of a Das. The real question is whether the Das should cost what it costs tongue.gif

its hard to explain how the keys feel...almost like the keys push my finger up for me, lol, or like there is glue on my fingertips...very smooth, i love how much force it takes to push the keys and the thing is soo heavy!
