Yes. It took me 1.488 (according to CPU-z). I backed down to 4.8ghz for 24/7 (folding, mainly) use. 1.42v for that.

4.7Ghz @ vcore 1.380 seems to be stable.

For 5GHz... on the average decent chip... looking at 1.45 to 1.49v
ok.. seems like mines about right then

im getting 4.8ghz at 1.44v load (1.39 in bios) , doesn't seem like the greatest chip though, im having trouble getting it to boot into 5ghz

keeps bsoding 00x00000000124

are you guys changing things like PLL/VCCIO/PCH voltages or leaving on auto?

yeah 5ghz with HT ON it takes 1.456v. prime95 small/blend 6 hour stable and linx latest pack with sp1 100 passes stable. Rather a good overclocker, not great. I love my low temp with water cooling, the max i have seen is 68C.

please add me

5Ghz
Batch# L040B208
Bios v 1.432v
load cpuz v 1.456V
HT on

SP1, prime 95 small/blend 6 hours, 100 passes new linx pack

Isn't anyone here at least a little worried about all of this talk about people's chips dying? (from 1.35v+)

I mean, I am @ 4.3 ghz on 1.31vcore, and it takes about 1.37 to get 4.5ghz....temps are still very low 60's on air, is that safe?
*** my 2500k passes 8 hours prime small fft on 4.7 @ 1.38v but prime blend fails almost instantly.... Prime blend passes if i back it down to 4.5, passes for 8 hours. I haven't touched qpi (VCCIO) should I raise this?

weird, you might have problems with your rams. Check your memory with memtest86. i can run small and blend for hours without any problem but if voltage was lower it would fail small fft faster than blend.
