What's considered more strenuous, prime 95 blend or small FFT?

I'm about an hour into blend with 4.6GHz at 1.32v (1.28v set in BIOS). I'm really enjoying watching the table on the OP morph as people fine tune and add overclock results.

I like using the (not-so-well-known) checkers DB6 benchmark (which runs about 4 hours for most overclockers) which you can see here:

http://www.liquidnitrogenoverclockin..._results.shtml

It has caught more than one RAM glitch I had, usually about 2.5 hours into the test, even when Prime missed something.

i7 2600k @ 4.5ghz (1.32v)

Batch: L040B705

It appeared stable at 1.30 in IBT, but it needed an extra .02 for stability in Prime.

UPDATE: fine tuned my i5 2500K to 1.360V w/ LLC @ 4.60 overnight stable

still can't budge over 4.60. always BSOD 124. probably need over 1.40v+ for 4.70. I needed a lot to go from 4.50 to 4.60.

I recommend people also run Heaven or 3DMark 2011 in a loop simultaneously with Prime95 or IBT!! I was getting stable results, but then with something soaking up PCI-E bandwidth I would get massive artifacts and display driver crashes. (which upping my PLL seemed to fix, but YMMV) so I'm thinking the "uncore" or whatever they call it now, can be unstable while the CPU cores are stable. (FurMark or OCCT won't work, as they don't use a lot of VRAM textures flying across those PCI-E lanes) It's also worthwhile to note that these PCI-E bus related artifacts can be due to system RAM being too high or too tight. My previous system was memtest86+ and IBT/P95 stable system but failed miserably with PCI-E stressing. (which increased VDIMM or looser timings fixed)

And my 2ghz RAM still won't budge past 1600 >.< instant lockups or reboots. VTT voltage seems to not make a difference.

i5 2500K @4.5Ghz 1.312V
CPU PLL 1.8125V
Prime95 tested one night (~7 hours) temps after this run: 60c
P8P67 Deluxe

It seems there's some kind of bug with my BIOS or something. It freezes when I come to "Windows starting.." if I put it over 4.6Ghz (even tried 1.4V).

But at 4.5GHz its stable as a rock as you can see.
