Let me tell you - what a pleasant difference! Like Night and Day!

I've read that Lancool CS is non-existent for US customers.
I've read that NZXT CS is just Okay.
I've read that Antec CS is so-so.
I've read that Thermaltake CS is so-so.
I've read that Rosewill CS is not so great.

In your experience if any with the above what have you found?
I've dealt with Antec and NZXT. Both were very VERY good. Antec had me a brand new PSU the very NEXT DAY after calling them. NZXT shipped me a brand new box of fans and PCIe slot covers for my case, because I forgot mine at a LAN party (2x 120mm fans, and all 7 PCIe slot covers).....for free.

I have nothing but great things to say about NZXT and Antec.

No dealings with Lancool, NZXT, or Rosewill, but Corsair is about as bad as CM is. I've been trying to get some lifetime warrantied ram replaced for over TWO YEARS and they have yet to do anything about it.

Antec has always been great to me. Never had to contact them more than once about any issue, but then I've rarely had an issue with any Antec product.

Thermaltake makes junk products for the most part so I've rarely dealt with them. Since I don't buy their stuff I don't have to deal with them. The few times I've worked on someones computer that had a TT product go bad I've had them deal with getting the replacement part as they never have their receipts handy.

Raidmax/Aspire, even though their cases are basically cheap crap have better CS than TT, Corsair, and DM.

Crucial and Kingston my all time favorites to deal with. They always take care of things right the first time and don't make me jump through hoops, and I've never had a problem with long wait times. Gigabyte would be next.

EDIT: Rosewill should have good CS as they are basically a division of Newegg.

Interesting about Corsair TWO years? what's the problem? Too bad I don't want any Antec case and NZXT well you know where I stand with those cases. I know about the quality of TT, Aspire and Raidmax cases being garbage and of course the latter two have better CS.

Happy to hear about Gigabyte as I have two of their motherboards.

I thank you for your response - I do appreciate it!

Anyone else if you can please respond to your experiences it'll be greatly appreciated.

As far as Customer Service experiences by two respondents at this point in time, if I solely went by that it doesn't leave too me much of a choice in case manufacturers.

Then if one wants some quality that narrows it down even some more add in the ones I'm not interested in and "it makes it real fun".

Cooler Master has plenty of fans in this forum and seems more than any other company represented even though their CS sucks.

More feedback would be great.

Cooler Master Centuron is a decent case at a reasonable price:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-068-_-Product

And here it is with a window etc:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-229-_-Product

But really, I like the CM690 II Advanced if I was to get three of the same cases. It has great features and looks the part too.

Anyways, just throwing it our there.

Are you kidding? Th Centurion 5 in the first link has terrible cable management. I know as I have one. I only paid $35 for mine brand new with a PSU and I paid too much for it.

The second one you linked to with the window is the Centurion 5 II. It isn't the same case as the first one. The second one is better, but it isn't in the same class as a 690 II or even the NZXT Beta Evo that he has rejected.

See my friend as much as Cooler Master CS sucks, what do many default to?

Cooler Master lol!

The Centurion 5 II seems to be a lighter case with a bit less room on the top and behind the motherboard actually pretty much the same with the Gladiator 600 in those respects which seems to share the same chassis.

The 690 II is better than them by far IMHO, too bad the SATA dock on top is not hot-swappable - kinda defeats the purpose.
Yep, same chassis with different front bezels. Neither is worth what they ask for them considering the alternatives available.

As for defaulting to them, not for a LONG time. I haven't bought a CM case in 3 or 4 years.

And the X-Doc on top of the Advanced IS Hot Swappable if your motherboard supports it.

Yeah I wouldn't go with the Centurion 5 II or Gladiator 600 either, rather have the 690 II to them hands down.

With the 690 II I've seen a photo of that X-Doc area which has a decal there that says that it doesn't support hot-swap. Probably another "mistake" by CM? If I find that photo I'll post it.

Maybe you haven't purchased a CM case in 3 - 4 years, but I see many have even though CS sucks. I guess many of us love to get punished.
