Go for the 2600 because it has HT which benefits encoding.

um you dont. If that static thing was a real problem it would be all over these forums. Do you have any idea how many ppl have CM cases on these forums? Prob more than any other brand. Hell the haf club alone is updated so much I unsubbed it because it was always in my usercp.

I wouldnt worry about it tbh but if you seriously are going to. get the corsair 800d case, corsair 600, silverstone raven, any antec, I mean the list goes on forever.

I totally understand. Is this your first time ever building a comp? my first time I was worried about little things like this as well.

If you truely want to avoid it and cant spring for the corsair or lian li cases get an antec 1200 or 902 (if you want bigger case). Alot of ppl own the antec cases. I myself wouldnt get one just because the harddrive bay looks annoying.

Don't need to drop $1500+ on a non-gaming / non-overclocking system.

hd 5670 is a poor performing card, for your budget of $1500 you can easily afford a gtx 460/hd 5770.
Although u wont overclock,still u can buy i5 2500k insted of i5 2500,
I see,u havent choosed any mobo....
Here is few mobo out of which u can choose:
