those are rivets not screws. You must drill them out.

Anyway is there any video or something that shows how to?

Use a drill bit that is 1/32" larger than the diameter of the rivet. I would re-assemble the case with nuts and bolts if you plan on installing a rad. Then you can pull the whole top off with the rad still attached.

Generally a 1/8" drill bit does the trick.
