CPU Water block recomendation???

I'm a budget builder on water, yes there is such a thing.
As in the title I'm in the market for a good Water Block

My budget 60$ USD, I live in So-Cal for shipping purposes.
1. What is the best Block for a 1055t (temp Wise)?
2. Where is the cheapest place to buy it?
3. Does anyone have a used one for cheap <---wife made me ask that

So I'm running 40c-50c idle at a minimal OC of 3.5 on the 1055t.
settings/setup
-FSB 250, CPUm 14x, Vcore lowest w/o BSOD in Cenebench I thing it was 1.38
-Single loop CPU only, 2x120mm Res, 4fan Push/pull, Swifteck Pump

Im 99% sure its my ghetto-rigged water block holding me back.

I had a CoolIt Domino for my first build, and it died and Xoxcide wouldn't let me RMA it and neither would CoolIT. So I did the only thing I could at the time and stripped it. Then fan Is Crazy, runs like above 3000rpm.

I'm currently Using the block, but it has a 1/4" inlet/outlet and probably has a plain open chamber in side/ and is mounted to AM3 via a home made acrylic bracket. I know Ghetto Block of the month goes to me.

XSPC Rasa + AMD Mounting Bracket - total is $58 + Shipping.

By far the best budget block, if you can't afford it now save a little more and buy it later.

The EK Supreme LT is not a very good block. It's not as effective thermally and it's more flow restrictive. The block that everyone talks about (because it's the best) is the EK Supreme HF.

Keep in mind that the Supreme HF is only about 0.2-0.3C better than the XSPC Rasa.
