Allright, I have a SMALL amount of cash to throw away.. don't recommend SSD's, I'm waiting for thr 24nm samples to land in my country and intel'
s 80 gb is 220 US$ here so Nooo..

My hard drive is thrashing quite a bit.
Run at a time-- 5-30 tabs in opera + steam, AV, gpu tools+CCC etc and maybe a minimised game ( crysis lol ,the works)
With my cash i could either get a :

1. 1TB seagate 7200.12 120/130 MBps ?
2. Corsair 4gb 1600cl9 4x1 kit (1.65v) XMS3
3. 500GB seagate same as above.

Opinions:
1. I need to move my PF away from my RAID0 (same drive 500gb x2)
2. I have 2x2 G.Skill eco (w/ AC RC pro heatspreaders) 1333 cl9
3. Can i expand my raid0 to 3 drives?? I have the SB750 chipset.

Please do tell me - I must decide within the next 6 hours

Am sleeping now so may not post for a bit!

Oh, and I'm going w/ seagate ONLY, no WD for me thank u very much!
