iTunes is sinking my SSD....HALP

I have a 2nd hard drive that I put everything on, my SSD is for OS. My problem is iTunes is dropping everything onto my SSD. I could free up over 8GB of space just by moving it to my D drive.

How could I easily go about doing this. It seems iTunes writes to C:/Users/"me"/My Music as well as C:/Users/"me"/AppData/Roaming/Apple Computer

That second path goes to a folder "Apple Computer" that's over 6GB by it self This is the culprit I'd like to move, but I know nothing about iTunes software, and am still getting my feet wet with Win 7

Thanks
