I want to enter the photo contest, but one of the requirements are to include the EXIF data?? I know what that data is, but i do not know how to make sure it transfers with the photo i PM to him. Am i supposed to transfer it as a nef file, or jpeg or what?

Thanks and sorry for the noob question. Im new at this!

EXIF data isn't a requirement. You may include it, but you don't have to.

And with mine and many flickr-hosted images, EXIF data is stripped unless you use the original size picture (which is death for internet connections). What I did was include my EXIF data in the PM myself even though my image URL doesn't contain the EXIF data.
