is there a way to cap your sound?

I would like to cap it at 75% for saftey purposes (ears and speakers) but i didnt see the option in the windows settings

is there a way?

Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, Manage Audio Devices

Right click on current/wanted output device, properties.
Levels: set your maximum level.

I believe this should work.

does it work for you? doesnt seem to be there for me
EDIT: I see it there, but it only says speakers than shows me the volume slider, a volume button (mute/play) and a balance button

and when i right click on all of those its either percentage or decibels, no "max volume" setting
