It's on sale for $5 on Steam this weekend. Just curious if anyone's played it and what you thought of it. Is it worth the $5?

It's actually 2 games for $5 as it comes with Escape from Butcher Bay, which was awesome.

Assault on Dark Athena itself wasn't too bad, but was very short (about 4 hours long for me).

Be warned that the DRM it uses is Tages, which is known to cause system instability (or at least used to).

Divinity II is really bad, but that's just my opinion.

Also, Riddick is definitely worth it, mostly because you get the HD version of the first game - which was one of my favourite games ever. The second one should be something like it, meaning that will also be great.

I bought it, not tried yet though.

I bought it yesterday and playing Escape from Butcher Bay right now. It's pretty fun so far. You're inside a prison, running around doing these little chores (whacking people for favors and stuff). Like Matt said, for 5 bucks and it comes with 2 games, I think it's worth it. Well, for me anyway.

Graphics isn't the best but it's playable. I believe the games were released in '08 (Butcher Bay) and '09 (Dark Arthena).

Also I didn't have any problem with the DRM issue though. Read somewhere on Steam forum and they said that you'll run into this issue only when you install the game on multiple computers. I only installed on one so no issue so far. A window popped up asking for the key once and that was it.
