Looking for a mATX LGA 775 board

Thread Starter
The motherboard (Asus P5wDH deluxe) on my computer died... I am basically looking for a good, around $150 or less, mATX board to replace it with.

Needs to have a PCIE x16, PCIE x1, DDR 2, and LGA 775

I would like to overclock with it, if anyone knows of any reliable and stable boards I could use please let me know!

Intel Core 2 E6600
4 GB DDR2 (800) (2x2)
GeForce 8800

I've had reasonable luck overclocking the Gigabyte GA-G31M series (GA-G31M-ES2L ?), and I suspect their GA-G41M series to be similar. They are still available as DDR2 versions.
