ASRock Extreme4 or Pro3

I'm considering building a Sandy Bridge 2500k system & Mugen2 cooler. In my search I selecting the Extreme4 from ASRock, because as a medium Overclocker I think this mobo is the best bang for bucks [in my country].
Some 30 euro's cheaper is the Pro3 which to me it appears, the only difference is, only one PCIe2 16x slot and does not have that front USB3/SSD bracket. But for the rest this mobo seems to be the same, so why spending 30,- more if you do not care or use that features.
I know here at this forum there is a lot of knowledge about such question; so is this right or are there other difference to go for the Extreme4?

I have the extreme4 and it is great. Don't dismiss the as rock boards as not as good as the higher priced boards. They generally have all the features of the top end boards and overclock like monsters. I have had p55 and x58 as rock boards and would put them up against any others for features and abilities.

Looks like a solid board, AS Rock is slowly but surley getting into the game and with products like this it is no wonder. Unfortunatly as they gain market reconition their prices will creep up to the rest in time
