Then what are you doing with them at 850mhz? Bump up that voltage to 1.087v and watch those things fly

I may be able to put another GTX 460 768mb in my participation to bring my MSI GTX 460 Cyclone count to 2x 1gb & 2x 768MB cards. I just purchased another open box 768 GTX 460

Oh yeah and the MSI GTS 450 Cyclone that is in the other rig will be used as well. I'll easily hit 100K during the foldathon.

Remember the Vram does nothing for folding, make sure to buy those 768mb for the farm since they are cheaper.

Yes this ^ and the 768MB are naturally cheaper I think the 768MB cards can actually overclock a bit better IMO.

Tweaking my GTX 470 for the Foldathon. Snuck it up to 800 / 1600 (1.087v) from 773/1546 without any ill effects.

Tried for 850 / 1700 but it crapped out. Ill see what else I can do before the 24th.

Sucks when that happens. I had to learn the hard way not to mess w/an overclock when the gpu is half or more fin on a client. I lost all my progress when it was at 88% on one of the 8800 gtx cards by pushing the shader strap from 1556 to 1620

Zodiac,
Oops, signed up earlier with the folding username wrong. Just signed up with correct name (pet_2001-N-16, not PET...)
Please delete first entry (or leave it, will not work with incorrect name?)
Sorry...
Thanks
