You're welcome and may you get your part quick and things work correctly.

Then once you get an ERma number call customer service and kindly ask them to push it through. It's not out of the ordinary that ERma's sit for weeks and even months - sad really.

The part you'll receive should be a PCB with the 2 USB and mic/audio ports and is pretty easy to replace yourself.
How do I get them to send me the new PCB with the USB and audio/mic? My front panel audio jack does not work either and I have It set to HD audio in BIOS and HD audio is plugged in. I have tried putting them both to AC97 too. So how do I get to get the part send from the website? My case is registered and I tried request part but that just seems to be to RMA hardware! Also, will I have to re cable? Does the new one come with all the cables for it too or what?

Thanks for the help in ADVANCED. Really hope you can get back to me ASAP!!

I tried to find the assembly number online with no success but don't despair hope is not all lost.

This is what you do, call either Customer Service or Technical Support by phone is better IMHO http://cmstore.coolermaster-usa.com/....php?info_id=5 explain what's wrong and ask them how they term the front audio/mic assembly WITH (don't forget to state this) the wiring/cables. It "could" come as an entire assembly (for this request) that also has the plastic piece which attaches on top of the chassis and all which may also include the reset/power switches and USB 2.0 ports as well.

Then go here http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/erma.php and click on "request part" and write in and fill out the request in which afterwards you'll receive an ERMA number via EMail. That doesn't end there as I would keep on top of it by calling in and checking with them in a nice way almost daily having the ERMA number handy to expedite a faster service as they're known to take their sweet time filling these.

Hope this will help as I did the same and had the same problem with my 690 II Advanced case and now all is well.

Please let me know how things go either here or even via PM.
