Well, every year my school along with several other schools does this thing called St.Baldricks. Its where a bunch of kids raise money and also shave their heads for this big event.
I support this event greatly as I, myself have been effected by cancer as a young child and know how difficult it is. Thanks to the great doctors I had and all of the support from my family I was cured.
The same time I was going through this tough time, little did I know my aunt was struck with it also. She also is now alive and living well after her battle also. A few years later her son got cancer at the age of 17 and fought with his battle for a cure and made it! To this day we are all very healthy and grateful for the wonderful doctors and research we have going on.
If you would like to know more go here: http://www.stbaldricks.org/
Also if you could make a couple dollar donation to me here: http://www.stbaldricks.org/participa...ipantid/413882
That would be great.
Thanks!
