heatkiller 3 help

hi i was taking apart my heatkiller 3 and the screws were so tight the striped the heads on 2 screws in the pic.
is there a way i can remove the screws or do i have to buy a new block.
i was going to drill them out but i don,t want to damage the block.
cant think of one

You could maybe try putting a rubber band over the screw head and then trying to remove it. Sometimes this works, depends on how tight the screw is.

this has been posted before im sure and the suggestion was to get a screw remover from Best buy or somewhere like that
